Who we are

Community Tax Alliance exists to expand access to free, trusted tax help for individuals and families who need it most. We work with community partners to bring tax preparation services, appointment-based support, and outreach directly into neighborhoods and accessible locations.

Organized for charitable and educational purposes, we are committed to helping communities access accurate tax filing support and financial education with dignity, trust, and care. We operate under the aegis of the IRS's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. All of our volunteers are IRS-certified.
